She shared images of herself wearing the faculty's Scrubs and posted messages suggesting she was sent to step on a landmine in Narathiwat province, leading to public misunderstanding. The statement noted that this woman posted photos of herself in the faculty's Scrubs and documents claiming assigned work in Narathiwat as part of her service commitment, along with negative messages causing social confusion.
Chulalongkorn University's Faculty of Medicine has completed a fact-checking process and hereby publicly clarifies the following.
1. The individual's name does not appear in the latest graduate directory of the 6th-year Doctor of Medicine program, nor is it found in the student registry of Chulalongkorn University, including the CU-MEDi program.
2. Verification through inquiries with medical students from that cohort found that no one recognizes this person as a classmate.
3. Professional records do not list this individual in the Medical Council's database of licensed medical practitioners.
The false claims and postings have damaged the reputation of Chulalongkorn University's Faculty of Medicine.
