Free Expressway on 12 August 2026 National Mothers Day with Toll Waivers on 3 Expressways

12 August 2026 GMT+7 "National Mother's Day " The Expressway Authority of Thailand announces free access on three expressways covering a total of 63 toll gates.

FacebookExpressway Authority of Thailand EXATThe Expressway Authority of Thailand (EXAT), Ministry of Transport, posted that toll fees will be waived on three expressways as follows:

• Chalerm Maha Nakhon Expressway (Din Daeng–Bang Na–Dao Khanong) with 21 toll gates.
• Si Rat Expressway (Chaeng Watthana–Bang Khlo–Srinakarin) with 32 toll gates.
• Udon Ratthaya Expressway (Bang Pa-in–Pak Kret) with 10 toll gates.

On Wednesday, 12 August 2026 (the birthday of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, the Queen Mother and National Mother's Day), tolls will be waived from 00:01 to 24:00 for one day, a government-declared public holiday. This follows government and Ministry of Transport policy as outlined in the amended concession agreements between EXAT, Bangkok Expressway and Metro Public Company Limited (BEM), and Bangkok Northern Expressway Company Limited (NECL) to help reduce public expenses.
