On 17 August 2026, the Gold Traders Association reported that in the first price announcement at 09:03, gold prices rose by 150 baht, resulting in "gold bar prices" buying at 68,700 baht per baht weight and selling at 68,900 baht per baht weight. Meanwhile, "ornamental gold prices" are buying at 67,325.56 baht per baht weight and selling at 69,700 baht per baht weight. Check today’s gold prices as follows.
Gold price per 1 baht based on the gold weight as follows: gold bar 1 baht weighs 15.244 grams and ornamental gold 1 baht weighs 15.16 grams.
Gold price for 2 salueng or 50 satang gold, buying and selling prices based on the gold weight as follows: gold bar 2 salueng weighs 7.622 grams and ornamental gold 2 salueng weighs 7.58 grams.
Gold price for 1 salueng buying and selling prices based on the gold weight as follows: gold bar 1 salueng weighs 3.812 grams and ornamental gold weighs 3.79 grams.
Gold price for half salueng buying and selling prices based on the gold weight as follows: gold bar half salueng weighs 1.905 grams and ornamental gold half salueng weighs 1.89 grams.

However, reporters noted that from market opening until 11:00, the Gold Traders Association reported that gold prices fluctuated five times, with the latest, the fifth at 09:55, showing "gold bar prices" buying at 68,600 baht and selling at 68,800 baht per baht weight, and "ornamental gold prices" buying at 67,234.60 baht and selling at 69,600 baht.
