Recently, her daughter posted that Professor Mother is still healthy."
Meanwhile, Dr. Nitinart Sinthudecha Telan, or Dr. Pum, daughter of Associate Professor Sunee Sinthudecha, posted on her personal Facebook saying, "Dear respected family and friends, many who love my mother and me have called and contacted me because of what they saw on social media. Thank you very much. I would like to clarify that my mother is well. In the photo, a senior figure recently presented a commemorative medal for the birthday of King Rama X. She was smiling brightly and very happy. Mother is healthy, eating, sleeping, and smiling, but speaks less, probably because she has used up her quota."
Regarding her background, Associate Professor Sunee Sinthudecha was born on 7 January 1936 in Tak province, daughter of Mr. Dap Tin and Mrs. Sengiam Kruanil. Her husband is Air Vice Marshal Prathet Sinthudecha, and they have one daughter.
She earned bachelor's degrees in Arts and Education from Chulalongkorn University, served as a teacher at Chulalongkorn University Demonstration School in 1960, then became a lecturer at the Faculty of Education, Chulalongkorn University. She was also a guest lecturer at the Air Force Company Commanders School, Institute of Psychology and Security, Thapkaew College, Silpakorn University, Vajira Nursing College, and Police Nursing College until her retirement. She chaired the Reading Center Project at Chulalongkorn's Faculty of Education, served as deputy leader of the Thinthai Party on 8 October 2000, and was rector of Rattana Bundit University.
