On 19 Aug 2026 GMT+7, volunteer staff from the Poh Teck Tung Foundation received a report at 06:37 of an unconscious person inside a residence in Soi Pattanakarn 61, intersection 23. Upon inspection, they found Ray MacDonald, and ambulance staff later confirmed his death at 07:05.
Most recently, "Khun Mam" Ray MacDonald's wife revealed, "The funeral will be held at Wat Yang. We plan to pick up Khun Ray tomorrow at noon. I'm still confused and shocked. This morning, I came down to call him to take our child to school, since today is the first day of term, but when I saw him, he had already passed away, stiff. Ray had no underlying illnesses. He probably just wanted to rest, was tired, maybe wanted to retire."
"From the CCTV footage around midnight, it looked like he was watching TV and then just collapsed to lie down as usual. I thought he was sleeping. Later, at approximately 11:31, reports confirmed Ray MacDonald's body arrived at the Police Hospital forensic department to await autopsy to determine the cause of death.
