On 27 August 2026, the Gold Traders Association reported that at the first update at 9:03 a.m., the price rose by 350 baht, resulting in "gold bar price" buying at 71,850 baht per baht-weight and selling at 72,050 baht per baht-weight, while "ornamental gold price" buys at 70,418.20 baht per baht-weight and sells at 72,850 baht per baht-weight. Gold price for 1 baht based on the weight of gold as follows: 1 baht gold bar weighs 15.244 grams, and 1 baht ornamental gold weighs 15.16 grams.
Gold price for 2 salueng or 50 satang gold, buying and selling prices are based on gold weight as follows: 2 salueng gold bar weighs 7.622 grams, and 2 salueng ornamental gold weighs 7.58 grams.
Gold price for 1 salueng buying and selling prices based on gold weight as follows: 1 salueng gold bar weighs 3.812 grams, and ornamental gold weighs 3.79 grams.
Gold price for half salueng buying and selling prices based on gold weight as follows: half salueng gold bar weighs 1.905 grams, and ornamental gold weighs 1.89 grams.
