Today is the final day to submit a request to review eligibility for the 2026 State Welfare registration program at branches of five banks during business hours and online until 11 p.m.
On 31 August 2026, Mr. Winij Wisesuwannaphumi, Director of the Fiscal Policy Office and spokesperson for the Ministry of Finance, reported progress on the 2026 State Welfare registration program. As of 31 August 2026 at 5:00 a.m., 3,139,886 applicants had passed the eligibility verification requiring identity confirmation (e-KYC). So far, 2,553,825 have successfully completed e-KYC, accounting for 81.3%. Among 9,314,253 applicants who did not pass the eligibility check, 4,903,354 have already submitted requests for rights review.
Today (31 August 2026) is the final day to submit requests for rights review. Those who failed eligibility checks but believe the results may be incorrect or outdated can preserve their rights by submitting a review request through the following channels.
For online submissions, requests for rights review can be made until 11:00 p.m. today (31 August 2026).

For those who have already submitted requests for rights review, if any data needs updating or correction to be accurate and current, they can contact the data-owning agency or the One Stop Service (OSS) coordination center at the district level to update their information by 20 September 2026.
The Ministry of Finance spokesperson emphasized that those wishing to submit rights review requests can do so today (31 August 2026), online until 11:00 p.m. and at bank branches during business hours. People who have submitted reviews can track their application status via the State Welfare registration program websites at https://welfare.mof.go.th or https://บัตรสวัสดิการแห่งรัฐ.mof.go.th.
The Ministry of Finance will announce the results of the rights review on 30 September 2026. Those who pass the eligibility verification and require identity confirmation (e-KYC) must complete this process to begin using their benefits starting 1 October 2026.
