MEA Announces Power Outages on 3 September 2026 in Multiple Areas of Bangkok and Samut Prakan

Check which areas are affected: The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) has announced power outages tomorrow, 3 September 2026, in multiple locations across Bangkok and Samut Prakan.

The official website of the Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA).Announcement: Due to necessary maintenance and upgrades to improve the efficiency of the electricity supply system, and to install equipment for converting overhead power lines to underground cables, temporary power outages will be implemented in various areas of Bangkok, Nonthaburi, and Samut Prakan on Thursday, 3 September 2026. For safety during these operations, MEA must temporarily suspend electricity supply in the following locations.

Power outages on 3 September 2026 in Bangkok areas.

• Udomsuk 51 Alley, Village Pornpailin, from 08:30 to 15:30.
• Along Pattanakarn 44 Road, near the fishpond alley, from 08:30 to 15:30.
• Pracha Uthit Road, Pracha Uthit Alley, from 09:00 to 15:30.
• Nawamin Road, Nawamin 94 Alley, including Susco LPG station and surrounding areas, from 09:00 to 12:00.
• Vibhavadi Rangsit Road, Vibhavadi Rangsit 18 Alley, intersections 3, 4, and 5, from 09:00 to 13:00.
• Rom Klao Road, Rom Klao 21/7 Alley, from 09:00 to 15:30.
• Bang Khun Thian–Chai Thale Road, within Khunalai Garden Resort village, from 09:30 to 13:00.

Power outage notification for 3 September 2026 in Samut Prakan areas.

• Along Bangna-Trad Road, near CJ Mall convenience store, Hom Sin branch. Electricity will be cut off to remove unused utility poles and relocate meters, from 09:00 to 12:00.
• Pracha Uthit–Wat Khu Sang Road, from PS Auto Car store, 7-Eleven convenience store (opposite Pracha Samakkhi Alley) to the private vehicle inspection center (TRO), from 09:00 to 12:00.
