/Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA)The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) has announced that it is necessary to temporarily suspend power supply in Bangkok, Nonthaburi, and Samut Prakan on Friday, 4 September 2026. This is to improve and maintain the efficiency of the electrical distribution system and to install equipment that will convert the power lines from overhead to underground cables. For safety during the work, MEA will temporarily cut power in several areas as follows.

Power outage on 4 September 2026 in Bangkok areas

• Chak Phra Road, along the alley beside Chak Phra Canal, from 08:30 to 11:00.
• Ngamwongwan Road, Ngamwongwan 54 Alley, Central Police Flats Lat Yao, Buildings 8 and 9, from 09:00 to 12:00.

Power outage on 4 September 2026 in Nonthaburi area

• Along the main road of Pimolrach 3 Village, from the entrance to the end of the alley, from 08:30 to 12:00.
