Metropolitan Waterworks Authority Announces Water Outages and Low Pressure Areas on 17 Sep 2026: Check Affected Locations

The Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA) announced areas with “no water flow or low water pressure” on 17 September 2026. Check which locations are affected.

A reporter stated that the websiteof the Metropolitan Waterworks AuthorityorMWAhas announced areas with no or low water flow on 17 September 2026 due to water pipe maintenance, pipe joint cutting, pressure adjustments, and suspension of pumping station and water plant operations, with details as follows.

Notification of no water flow on 17 September 2026 at operational sites (areas in Bangkok, Nonthaburi, and Samut Prakan).

1. Sukhumvit Soi 5

• From 09:00 to 15:00, cutting pipe joint, pipe size: 100 PVC.
• Affected area: Entire Sukhumvit Soi 5.

2. Along Phran Nok - Phutthamonthon Sai 4 Road

• From 10:00 to 16:00, cutting pipe joint, pipe size: 300 PVC.
• Affected area: Phran Nok - Phutthamonthon Sai 4 Road, from Ratchaphruek to Phutthamonthon Sai 1 (left side).

3. Wang Derm Intersection

• From 10:00 to 16:00, cutting pipe joint, pipe size: 400 AC.
