The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) announced power outages tomorrow, 21 September 2026, at multiple locations in Bangkok and Samut Prakan, with some areas affected from morning until afternoon.

/Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA)An announcement states that it is necessary to temporarily cut off electricity in Bangkok, Nonthaburi, and Samut Prakan on Monday, 21 September 2026, to improve and maintain the electricity supply system for better efficiency, and to install equipment to convert overhead power lines to underground cables. For safety during these operations, MEA must temporarily suspend power supply in several specified areas as follows.

• Suwinthawong Road, Chatujak Project 1 Alley (Suwinthawong Market side completely out) from 08:30 to 15:30.
• Lat Phrao Road, Lat Phrao 144 Alley from 09:00 to 12:00.
• Happy Place Road, Happy Place 16 Alley from 09:00 to 12:00.

• Dan Samrong Road, Samrong Nuea 21 Alley, Samphan 2 (Intersection 4) from 09:00 to 12:00.
