MEA Announces Power Outages Tomorrow, 22 September 2026, in Multiple Areas of Bangkok and Samut Prakan

The Metropolitan Electricity Authority announced power outages tomorrow, 22 September 2026, at multiple locations in Bangkok and Samut Prakan, with some outages occurring from morning until afternoon.

.The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA)The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) announced it is necessary to temporarily suspend electricity supply in Bangkok, Nonthaburi, and Samut Prakan on Tuesday, 22 September 2026. This is to develop and maintain the electrical distribution system for improved efficiency and to install equipment for converting overhead lines to underground cables. For safety during work, MEA must temporarily cut power to several specified areas as follows.

Power Outages on 22 September 2026 in Bangkok

• Lat Pla Khao Road, Lat Pla Khao Soi 66, Maneenil Soi 7, from 08:30 to 14:30.
• Chim Phli Road, Chim Phli Soi near Borom Ratchachonnani Road, only at locations announced, from 08:30 to 10:30.
• Bang Khun Non Road, Bang Khun Non Soi 21 and 23, and communities along the railway as per outage notices, from 08:30 to 13:00.
• Suwinthawong Road, Soi 57, Minburi Technical College, Building 4, fourth floor, on the outbound side of Suwinthawong Road, from 09:00 to 13:30.
• Nawamin Road, at the entrances to Nawamin Soi 107, 109, and 111, from 09:00 to 13:00.
• Suwinthawong Road, Soi 28, Intersection 19, beside Phang Phuay Canal, from 09:00 to 13:00.
• Ramkhamhaeng Road, Soi Ramkhamhaeng 110, from 09:30 to 11:30.

Power Outages on 22 September 2026 in Samut Prakan

• Along Liap Khlong Bang Pla Road, MEA will cut power to replace and add electrical transformers, from 08:30 to 14:00.
• Pracha Uthit-Wat Khu Sang Road (Soi Pracha Samakkhi), within the Villaggio Suksawat-Pracha Uthit housing project, from 09:00 to 12:00.
• Bearing Road, Bearing Soi 30/11, from 09:00 to 15:00.
