The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) has announced power outages scheduled for tomorrow, 24 September 2026, at multiple locations in Bangkok and Samut Prakan, with some outages lasting from morning until afternoon.

This is to develop and maintain the power delivery system for greater efficiency and to install equipment converting overhead power lines to underground cables. To ensure safety during the work, MEA must temporarily cut power supply in several areas as follows.

Power outages on 23 September 2026 in Bangkok areas

• Chim Phli Road, Chim Phli Alley from 08:30 to 11:30.
• Bueng Kwang Road, Al-Huda Mosque Alley, along Bueng Kwang Canal and nearby areas from 09:00 to 13:00.
• On Nut Road, On Nut 65 Alley, Soi 1 from 09:00 to 13:00.
• Udom Suk Road, Udom Suk 30 Alley from 11:30 to 13:30.

Power outages on 22 September 2026 in Samut Prakan areas

• Premruethai Road, Premruethai 4 Alley (Lock 10/8) from 09:00 to 13:00.
• Suksawat Road, Wat Khu Sang - Khong Son curve area, from in front of Pruksa Village Suksawat-Pracha Uthit to in front of Thanarin Townhome 6, specific points only, from 09:00 to 14:00.
