The system will open for eligible target citizens to confirm their participation in the Thai Chua Thai Plus (60/40) (Additional) program via the “Paotang” app from 1 October to 15 October 2026.
Merchants eligible to participate can confirm their participation in the Thai Chua Thai Plus (60/40) (Additional) program via the “Tung Ngern” app from 1 October to 30 November 2026.
Eligible citizens can use the benefits of the Thai Chua Thai Plus (60/40) (Additional) program from 1 October to 30 November 2026. They can purchase food, beverages, goods, and designated services from participating merchants (06:00–23:00) or through participating food delivery platforms (06:00–21:00) via the “Paotang” app.
Both citizens and merchants must confirm their participation via the “Paotang” or “Tung Ngern” apps before using benefits or receiving payments.
Citizens can use the benefits from 1 Oct to 30 Nov 2026.
1. Those eligible under the Thai Chua Thai Plus (60/40) program and not qualified for the 2026 registration program according to the Ministry of Finance database as of 27 September 2026, with the following qualifications:
2. Those holding ID cards from the 2022 registration program who did not qualify for the 2026 registration program according to the Ministry of Finance database as of 27 September 2026.
3. Those not eligible under the Thai Chua Thai Plus (60/40) but without ID cards from the 2022 registration program, classified as marginalized or overlooked groups according to the basic necessity database of the Department of Community Development, Ministry of Interior, and the electronic family logbook system (MSO-LOGBOOK) of the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security (Group 2), and additional marginalized groups surveyed by the Ministry of Interior during registration from 4 to 21 June 2026 (Group 3), who did not qualify for the 2026 registration program according to the Ministry of Finance database as of 27 September 2026.
Target groups under points 2 and 3 must meet the following qualifications:
1. Must be Thai nationals.
2. Must be at least 18 years old on the date of confirming participation in the Thai Chua Thai Plus (60/40) (Additional) program.
3. Must have an ID card.
4. Must not be suspended or required to return funds in state programs, including (1) Khon La Khrueng phases 1 to 5, (6) Khon La Khrueng Plus, and (7) Thai Chua Thai Plus (60/40).
1. Install the Paotang app.
2. Confirm participation in Thai Chua Thai Plus (60/40) (Additional) on the Paotang app between 1 and 15 October 2026.
3. Register for G-Wallet if you have previously canceled or never linked G-Wallet.
4. Top up your G-Wallet.
5. Begin using benefits daily through the Paotang app from 1 October to 30 November 2026, with a total limit of 1,000 baht during the program (Oct–Nov 2026), capped at 200 baht per person per day.
