It stated that due to the flooding and standing water affecting access and travel, for the highest safety of patients and medical staff, Ramathibodi Hospital hereby announces the following.
Ramathibodi Hospital Phayathai continues scheduled appointments. If the situation changes, the hospital will promptly contact patients with appointments by phone.
For patients needing to reschedule appointments because they cannot travel to Ramathibodi Hospital, they may contact as follows.
1) Patients in the premium system and special clinics with clinic contact numbers can call the phone number on their appointment card or use the RAMA App.
2) Premium system patients unable to reach their clinic can call the Health Call Center at 0-2200-4336.
3) General patients can contact the central phone lines at 0-2201-1000 and 0-2200-3000.
The Ramathibodi Health Center at Paradise Park Shopping Mall will be temporarily closed on Sunday, 27 September 2026.
