Metropolitan Waterworks Authority Announces Water Outages and Low Pressure Areas on 16 Oct 2026: Check Affected Locations

The Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA) announces areas where "tap water will not flow or flow weakly" on 16 October 2026 in Bangkok, Samut Prakan, and Nonthaburi. Check which areas will be affected.

Announcement of no tap water flow on 16 October 2026 at work sites (Bangkok, Samut Prakan, Nonthaburi areas)

1. Entrance of Soi Senakit

• From 9:00 PM on 15 October 2026 to 5:00 AM on 16 October 2026, water pipeline connection will be cut.
  Pipe size: 300 mm PVC
• Affected areas: Phaya Thai Road, Phetchaburi 7 Alley, Senakit Alley, Aramsri Alley, Nomjit Alley

2. Senakit Alley, Phaya Thai Road

• From 9:00 PM on 15 October 2026 to 5:00 AM on 16 October 2026, water meters will be installed.
  Pipe size: 150 mm PVC
• Affected areas: Phetchaburi Road from Soi 5 to Ratchathewi Intersection; Phaya Thai Road from Ratchathewi Intersection to railway; Senakit Alley, Nomjit Alley, Aramsri Alley, Phetchaburi 5 and 7 Alleys

3. Inthapaj 13 Alley

• From 10:00 PM on 15 October 2026 to 4:00 AM on 16 October 2026, water pipeline connection will be cut.
  Pipe size: 200 mm PVC
• Affected area: Phetkasem Road, Inthapaj 13 Alley

4. Khlong Lhod 3 (Central Bangna)

• From 9:00 PM on 15 October 2026 to 5:00 AM on 16 October 2026, water pipeline connection will be cut.
  Pipe size: 300 mm Steel Tube
• Affected areas: Bangna-Trad Road, Bangna-Trad Soi 21-23 (including side alleys)

5. Sukhothai Road

• From 9:00 PM on 15 October 2026 to 5:00 AM on 16 October 2026, water pipeline connection will be cut.
  Pipe size: 300 mm PVC
• Affected area: Sukhothai Road, Sukhothai 6 Alley

6. Phetkasem Road, Phetkasem 34-44 Alleys, Ratchaphruek Road

• From 9:00 PM on 15 October 2026 to 5:00 AM on 16 October 2026, Step Test will be performed.
  Pipe size: 150 mm PVC
• Affected areas: Phetkasem Road from Soi 34 to Soi 44; Ratchaphruek Road; Nanthawan, Ladawan, Thapra Complex Villages; Wat Pradoo Bangchak community; including all side alleys.

7. Amorn Alley at Rama 3 Road

• From 9:00 PM on 15 October 2026 to 5:00 AM on 16 October 2026, water meters will be installed.
  Pipe size: 300 mm Steel Tube
• Affected areas: Amorn Alley near Mu Ban Klang Krung Alley, Mu Ban Nakorn Luang Alley, Mu Ban Klang Krung Alley, Rama 3 Soi 77, intersections 1 and 3

8. In front of Lotus Bang Pu

• From 9:00 PM on 15 October 2026 to 5:00 AM on 16 October 2026, a pipeline leak repair will be done.
  Pipe size: 300 mm PVC
• Affected areas: Outbound Sukhumvit Road from Soi Thetsaban Bang Pu 77 to Thetsaban Bang Pu 97; Tamru-Bang Phli Road from Tamru Intersection to Pleno Town Village.

9. Thian Chai Alley

• From 9:00 PM on 15 October 2026 to 5:00 AM on 16 October 2026, water pipeline connection will be cut.
  Pipe size: 300 mm PVC
• Affected areas: Lat Wai Road, Lat Wai Soi Thian Chai to Lat Wai Canal, entire section.

10. Bang Kruai-Sai Noi Road, Bang Yai Electricity Circle

• From 10:00 PM on 15 October 2026 to 3:00 AM on 16 October 2026, Step Test will be performed.
  Pipe size: 150 mm PVC
• Affected areas: Bang Kruai-Sai Noi Road from entrance at Ratchaphruek Road to Bang Yai Electricity Circle; along Bang Yai-Bang Kulaad Road to Old Bang Yai Market.

11. Rama 9 Road outbound

• From 11:00 PM on 15 October 2026 to 4:00 AM on 16 October 2026, Step Test will be performed.
  Pipe size: 300 mm PVC
• Affected areas: Rama 9 Road from Khlong Chuad Yai to Rama 9 Intersection to Pradit Manutham Road.

12. Tha Kham Road Soi 1

• From 11:00 PM on 15 October 2026 to 4:00 AM on 16 October 2026, Step Test will be performed.
  Pipe size: 300 mm AC
• Affected areas: Odd side of Tha Kham Road Soi 1-25; Rama 2 Road odd side from Sanam Chai Canal to Tha Kham Road.

13. Khlong Sai Kai

• On 16 October 2026 from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, water pipeline connection will be cut.
