On 23 October 2026, the Gold Traders Association reported that at 9:06 AM in the first session, gold prices fell by 1,350 baht. This resulted in gold bars buying at 63,800 baht and selling at 64,000 baht per baht weight. Gold ornaments bought at 62,519.84 baht and sold at 64,800 baht per baht weight. Gold price for 1 baht is based on the following weights: gold bars 1 baht weighing 15.244 grams, and gold ornaments 1 baht weighing 15.16 grams.
Gold price for 2 salueng or 50 satang is based on these weights: gold bars 2 salueng weighing 7.622 grams, gold ornaments 2 salueng weighing 7.58 grams.
Gold price for 1 salueng is based on these weights: gold bars 1 salueng weighing 3.812 grams, gold ornaments 1 salueng weighing 3.79 grams.
Gold price for half salueng is based on these weights: gold bars half salueng weighing 1.905 grams, gold ornaments half salueng weighing 1.89 grams.

However, reporters noted that from market opening until 1:00 PM, the Gold Traders Association reported 13 price fluctuations. The latest, at 12:56 PM, showed gold bars buying at 64,100 baht and selling at 64,300 baht per baht weight; gold ornaments buying at 62,823.04 baht and selling at 65,100 baht.
