"Good Deeds Organization Foundation" clarifies issue "bank account" and emphasizes key reasons for continuing to use both accounts
On 28 Oct 2026, the Facebook pageGood Deeds Organization Foundationposted a statement clarifying the issue of "bank accounts of the Good Deeds Organization Foundation" stating that it is generally known the foundation has two publicly announced bank accounts: one under the name "Good Deeds by Ms. Panadda Wongpudi" (referred to as the first account) and the other under the name "Good Deeds Organization Foundation" (the main account).
The foundation explains that the first account was opened before the foundation was officially registered, around 2014, when Ms. Boon Panadda Wongpudi initiated and founded the volunteer group using her personal funds under the name Good Deeds, to allow the public to contribute to charitable acts, help society, and promote volunteer spirit as a positive social example.
Later, the group was legally registered as the Good Deeds Organization Foundation in 2022. The foundation opened a bank account under its name that same year. Since the first account remained important for foundation operations and online transactions, the board resolved on 25 July 2022 to officially approve the first account as a foundation account, as recorded in the foundation's board meeting report. The meeting acknowledged and confirmed that all funds in the first account belong to the foundation, are not used personally, and have been utilized for foundation purposes since 2022.
For this reason, the foundation has continued to use both accounts. Many donors who have supported volunteer activities have continued to transfer money to the first account, with records kept. Those who have received financial assistance from the foundation know that funds from the first account have been continuously used to provide aid due to the convenience of online transactions.
Ms. Boon Panadda, as chairperson, has consistently affirmed that the urgency of people needing help cannot be delayed, which is the main reason the foundation maintains both accounts and accounting systems. Both accounts serve to receive and disburse funds exclusively for the charitable purposes of the original Good Deeds group or the Good Deeds Organization Foundation since its establishment.
