Page 'Aoy Sri' reveals self as a victim who transferred 29 million baht into the account of a famous husband, saying they will investigate first and urging clarification of the foundation’s money trail for transparency. Influencer "Sorpook" admits to having been an admin.
The 'Aoy Sri and Friends' page demanded that Boom Panadda clarify the use of funds between the foundation’s account and her personal account, which were alternately used for donations. Influencer 'Sorpook' admitted to being a temporary admin during the floods, apologized for posting a wrong account number she copied from Google, and expressed regret for the confusion caused.
Ms. Boonyanuch Saengsri (Aoy Sri), owner of the legal consulting firm 'Aoy Sri and Friends Co., Ltd.,' stated that Boom Panadda, holding a doctorate, should know that a personal account opened under 'Good Deeds Organization by Ms. Panadda Wongpudi' cannot legally receive donations, especially since a legitimate 'Good Deeds Foundation' account has existed since 2022. The personal account was not closed and was used interchangeably, causing confusion.
Therefore, claims that personal funds were used first are unconvincing. They demand that Boom show slips and financial trails for transparency and plan to file complaints with the Anti-Money Laundering Office and relevant authorities to check for wrongdoing or social exploitation.
Dr. Khonkwan expressed sympathy for Boom’s family issues but raised two questions: why 7 million baht in 'kwantung' money was not banked, and why personal accounts received donations initially, which became unacceptable after the foundation was established.
Dr. Khonkwan said these questions arise as social issues, suggesting society reflect so Boom can clear her name and move forward with dignity. She trusts Boom’s transparency but believes any potential loopholes should be addressed to prevent problems.
Recently, influencer 'Sorpook' admitted she was a temporary admin during the floods for Boom Panadda and showed proof of a post dated 27 July 2025 GMT+7. She said she mistakenly posted the wrong bank account number copied from Google and apologized for causing problems, not knowing that type of account couldn’t be used. Boom and her team later reminded her to use the foundation’s official account. After criticism, Boom is closing the personal account and transferring funds to the foundation’s account.
In the afternoon, 'Aoy Sri' revealed the victim, a construction contractor from Phuket, confirming no knowledge or involvement in illegal activity related to transferring over 29 million baht into the famous husband’s account.
The page presented evidence including money transfer slips and a police report from Tha Chat Chai Police Station, Phuket, dated 12 August 2026 GMT+7.
Aoy Sri said 'Khun Maew' (pseudonym), the victim affected by the use of some organization’s account, personally transferred money out and was asked to forward tens of millions baht to the organization owner’s husband. They plan to investigate further.
'Khun Maew' said about 1-2 years ago, the organization owner’s husband invited them to do business requiring construction quotations, and money was transferred. The business never happened, but refunds had to be transferred back to the husband’s account multiple times, estimated over 29 million baht.
They were later involved in legal cases and contacted by the Revenue Department. Attempts to contact the organization owner’s husband failed, and the opposing lawyer urged them to admit fault.
The foundation stated it publicly uses two bank accounts: the first under “Good Deeds Organization by Ms. Panadda Wongpudi” and the main account named “Good Deeds Foundation.”
The first account was opened around 2014 before the foundation was registered, during the start of the volunteer group using personal funds under the organization name.
The foundation was legally registered in 2022, opened the foundation account that year, but the first account remained important. The board approved recognizing it as a foundation account since 25 July 2022.
Sorpook said she did not know earlier and found out later, expressing regret.
Boom explained in a live broadcast that Sorpook was shocked only by the high construction costs.
Boom said she would clarify with the alleged victim about claims of kickbacks involving money transfers back to the organization owner’s husband. The victim’s claimed amount has increased from 1.2 million baht to over 29, 30, even 49 million baht. She said they will sort it out gradually and thanked viewers for listening.
