Lawyer Decha Exposes Boom Panaddas Husband for Owing 2.7 Million Baht in Construction Fees and Forging Partners Signature in Phuket

Lawyer Decha exposes Boom Panadda's husband for owing 2.7 million baht in construction fees and forging a partner's signature in Phuket to close the company. He points out that Boom cannot claim ignorance as she visited the site several times without excuse for not knowing.

On 29 Oct 2026 GMT+7, reporters updated on the issue concerning funds from the Doing Good organization’s account being transferred to "Chang Ae" before being ordered by "Got Athip," Boom Panadda’s husband, to be transferred back into his personal account, which sparked widespread criticism.

Regarding this matter, Lawyer Decha has started revealing the financial trail and the case of the company closing to evade debts. He plans to submit a request for government agencies to investigate the source of funds in the Doing Good organization's account after discovering that donated money was transferred to contractor companies before being ordered back to the husband's account. He also exposed an unpaid construction debt of 2.7 million baht and discovered forged signatures of company shareholders in Phuket.

Lawyer Decha revealed that money from the Doing Good organization’s account, donated funds, was transferred to contractors under company names—if he recalls correctly, about three companies linked to his client—and then transferred back to the husband’s personal account, allegedly without consulting the board. This money belongs to the foundation. Simply put, from now on, government agencies will need to investigate the source of Boom’s funds.

Later, there was a problem regarding the final construction payment of about 2.7 million baht, which could not be collected. Attempts to contact Boom’s husband, Got, failed entirely. Upon investigating the company to proceed with legal action, they found the company had already been closed. Since he was a shareholder, how could the company be closed without consent? The law requires a majority vote among shareholders and notification to all creditors, including Ae, who never received any notice. Closing the company this way is illegal. Upon checking with the registrar in Phuket, it was discovered that Boom’s husband forged Ae’s signature and changed all related emails. Legal action is underway.

Additionally, Lawyer Decha rebutted Boom Panadda's claims by firmly stating that Boom cannot claim ignorance about the pool villa project because she visited the site three times, with photographic evidence. Furthermore, the land is registered in Boom Panadda’s name, so she must provide explanations; failure to do so will conclude the matter against her.

"Regarding the villa project, Boom Panadda visited three times, with photos and other evidence. Therefore, it’s impossible for her to claim she didn’t know about it. The land belongs to Boom, two rai in two plots. When constructing, the landowner must sign off."

As for why Chang Ae did not suspect anything and transferred the money back to Got, Lawyer Decha believes it is because they have been friends for a long time, so he trusted him. He added, "It was a wasted trust."
