Lawyer Kaew pointed out that the account of "Organization Doing Good by Miss..." should not contain personal funds, and the husband cannot conduct transactions on behalf without proper power of attorney. Meanwhile, contractor Chang Ae hinted that "Got" instructed him to build a trail running course in Phuket, which led to charges of illegal forest encroachment.
Regarding the donation money drama involving the "Organization Doing Good Foundation" of Boom Panadda Wongpudi, an actress, host, and beauty queen, which involved both the foundation's account and a personal account transferring funds to a contractor, who then claimed that "Got Athip Anantawan," Boom Panadda's husband, ordered him to transfer millions of baht to a personal account, stirring public criticism on social media as previously reported.
On this matter, on 29 Oct 2026, contractor Chang Ae opened up on the "Hone Krasae" program about being a victim of forged signatures to close a company, claiming that Got Athip, Boom Panadda's husband, forged his signature to close their jointly opened company. He said initially, after opening the company, there were construction expenses, and he issued VAT invoices to the project company, which withheld expenses to prepare tax submissions. However, when submitting to the Revenue Department, he was summoned to clarify because the company had already been closed. He then investigated how the company had been closed.
When asked if Chang Ae had no idea he issued tax invoices to a company that had already been closed, Chang Ae insisted he had no knowledge that the company was already closed.
When asked about the land accused of forest encroachment, Chang Ae stated that the plot was unrelated to two other plots in Phuket. It was a Nor Sor 3 Kor document plot in Phuket intended for a trail running course. "Pee Got" instructed him to procure a backhoe and grass cutters to build the trail. He said he had no involvement with the land in Nakhon Nayok.
When asked about the status of the forest encroachment case, Chang Ae said it was currently under police investigation. He explained that Got did not hire him but told him to coordinate directly with the backhoe operator, who had Got's survey documents and showed him the site. When asked if the work was permissible according to the survey, the operator said yes. Not fully confident, Chang Ae researched and learned that the site had an approved land use. After a while, local officials came to detain them at the municipal office. The backhoe driver was prosecuted, with Chang Ae and two backhoe workers named.
Chang Ae added that Got told him to pioneer about 100 rai of land, so he brought in the backhoe. When the case was prosecuted, Got's lawyer told him to take full responsibility alone. Chang Ae did not respond and was unsure if Got took any action, but he himself was still being prosecuted.
The program showed Chang Ae's bank account details revealing cross-district transfers on 5 Jan 2026 totaling 27,756,200 baht, money deposited by an unknown party. Chang Ae then transferred this sum back to Got's personal account without knowing the source of the funds.
Chang Ae said he came forward to clear up the issues one by one and would consult on possible solutions.
Eaksaimai asked if the money passing through Chang Ae's account could be explained to the Revenue Department so the tax could be collected at the final destination of over 2 million baht. Lawyer Kaew explained that tax law assumes anyone with income must pay taxes, but since Chang Ae did not earn income, he must clarify to the Revenue Department that the money was merely passing through under some scheme. He advised filing complaints against both the incoming money (Organization Doing Good) and outgoing money (Got Athip) to prove he was not involved and to convince the Revenue Department that the funds are not his income, which must be proven.
When asked if the Organization Doing Good account could contain Boom Panadda's personal funds, Lawyer Kaew confirmed that normally, an account named for the organization by Miss... is understood not to be personal but to receive donation money. Personal funds should not be mixed in. Regarding whether the husband can transact on her behalf, he stated that only the named account holder can withdraw unless there is power of attorney. Also, transactions over 50,000 baht via apps likely require facial recognition.
Meanwhile, Num Kanchai revealed on the program that Boom was very stressed and had taken sleeping pills the night before. He said it was unknown whether Boom was under any coercion and that they must wait to hear directly from Boom Panadda.
Num Kanchai recalled that when Boom was in Japan, she called him to help find her two children taken by her husband, who was demanding 10 million baht for unknown purposes. Boom was very troubled because the husband had previously forced her to give money multiple times and took cash from the safe. She wanted to know where her children were as she could not contact them. Boom sent him messages showing the husband asking, “Have you transferred the money yet?” but Boom refused. The husband seemed to use the children as leverage. Num coordinated with an agency that found the children in Pathum Thani. They told Boom they found them but could not take them away because the father had legal custody. It was a family matter, so Num returned. After Boom returned, they talked, and the husband brought the children to a house to do something. When Boom found out, she took the children to a hotel.
On the following Monday, the CSI LA page reported that Boom’s husband was involved in illegal land encroachment, which has led to ongoing issues. Boom contacted Lawyer Tuy, who said she was preparing to file for divorce. Regarding the donation money, Lawyer Ple is handling that. Boom was unaware of the car care business her husband had. Num expressed suspicion that the husband was not telling his wife anything.
