MEA Announces Power Outages on 31 Oct 2026 in Bangkok, Samut Prakan, and Nonthaburi

Check which areas are affected as the Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) announces power outages tomorrow, 31 October 2026. Power outages will affect multiple locations in Bangkok, Nonthaburi, and Samut Prakan.

/websiteThe Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA)has announced the necessity to temporarily cut power supply in Bangkok, Samut Prakan, and Nonthaburi on Saturday, 31 October 2026, to develop and maintain the electrical distribution system for better efficiency and to install equipment converting overhead lines to underground cables.

To ensure safety during this work, MEA must temporarily suspend electricity in several areas as follows.

• Along Maharaj Road near Ban Suk Soi, Riva Arun Soi, and inside Wat Pho area from 08:00 to 09:00.
• Charoen Nakhon Road, Soi 37 (entire alley) from 08:30 to 15:00.
• Sukhumvit Road, Soi Sukhumvit 33/1 from 08:30 to 15:30.
• Ramkhamhaeng Road, Soi Ramkhamhaeng 144 to 148 from 08:30 to 15:30.
• Lat Phrao Road, Soi Lat Phrao 96 from 08:30 to 15:00.
• Lat Phrao Road, Soi Lat Phrao 92/1 from 08:30 to 15:00.
• Khu Bon Road, Soi Khu Bon 37, Grand Private Homes Village from 08:30 to 15:30.
• Lat Phrao Road, Soi Lat Phrao 92 from 08:30 to 15:00.
• Lat Phrao Road, Soi Lat Phrao 98/1 from 08:30 to 15:00.

• Ramkhamhaeng 39 Road, partial area at Nom Klao Community Soi from 08:30 to 13:00.
• Lat Phrao Road, just before Soi Lat Phrao 87 from 09:00 to 15:00.

Power outage notice for 31 October 2026 in Samut Prakan

• Sukhumvit Road, Municipality Bang Pu 74 Alley (next to Technical College) and Samut Prakan Technical College from 08:30 to 15:00.
• Bearing Road, from Soi Bearing 47 to Si Bearing Intersection from 08:30 to 14:00.
• Along King Kaew Road, from large tire shop to commercial buildings near King Kaew Soi 44, MEA will cut power to replace a 24 kV transformer from 09:30 to 12:00.

• Rattanathibet Road, Wat Madeua Alley from 08:30 to 15:30.
