MEA Announces Power Outages on 6 November 2026 in Bangkok and Samut Prakan

Check which areas are affected: The Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA) announces power outages tomorrow, 6 November 2026. Power outages will occur at multiple locations in Bangkok and Samut Prakan.

.websiteThe Metropolitan Electricity Authority (MEA)has announced the necessity to temporarily suspend electricity supply in Bangkok, Samut Prakan, and Nonthaburi on Friday, 6 November 2026. This is to improve and maintain the efficiency of the electrical distribution system and to install equipment for converting overhead power lines to underground cables.

For safety during the work, the MEA will temporarily cut electricity in several specified areas as follows.

• Along Anamai Ngam Charoen Road (along Khlong Sanam Chai - Hua Krabue), from the bridge over Wat Hua Krabue canal, Pratu Nam Khlong Boonsuk, and Pratu Nam Khlong Rang Sakae to the Saint John Bosco Learning Center, from 08:30 to 15:30.
• Along Ramkhamhaeng Road, behind the Sports Library building for the public, Sports Authority of Thailand (SAT), from 08:30 to 15:30.

Power outage announcement for 6 November 2026 in Samut Prakan.

• Along roads inside Noble Park Village, in front of house numbers 310/15 and 310/16, the electricity will be cut to replace a 24 kV transformer with oil leakage, from 09:30 to 12:00.
