The story is adapted from a work by Phetphayathorn, scripted by Chayanan, and directed by Krisanu Amplaod.

"Two Hearts" tells the story of Ob (Nadech Kugimiya) and Dom (James Ma), two men who would sacrifice their lives for each other. Their bond goes beyond brotherhood, yet both love the same woman. Formerly, Fon (Amanda Chalisa Obdam) has always been Ob’s first love—the reason he struggles to build a future. But now Fon is Dom’s wife, someone Dom has sacrificed everything for. Each loves her differently, unaware of the other’s feelings, both destined to suffer. Only their hearts will decide.
The three lead actors shared their thoughts on the challenges of their roles. Nadech Kugimiya said, “Ob is a character I really like because he is clear about love, bonds, and revenge. This show combines action and emotionally deep drama. It’s not just about love but about character relationships driven by reason. Every decision has consequences.”
Meanwhile, James Ma described Dom as “a fairground boxer facing a major turning point in life. This role was challenging because I had to learn boxing and understand a complex character—a good man under pressure. I hope fans will follow Dom’s journey.”
Amanda Chalisa Obdam added, “Fon is a skilled sniper police officer who is both strong and decisive, yet tender with loved ones. This is my first time firing a gun and performing serious action scenes. I hope everyone watches to see a different side of me.” .
