Sakura Products (Thailand) Co., Ltd. announced the results and awarded prizes for the “PIGMA I AM ORIGINAL 6th Edition” drawing contest under the theme “What If... If There Were No Limits in This World.” The event showcased winning works in both the Manga and Illustration categories, which conveyed imagination through unique lines and storytelling styles. The award ceremony was held on 10 Oct 2026 at the Anchapanya Building on Ratchaphruek Road, Bangkok.
This contest accepted creative works made with Pigma pens, divided into secondary school or equivalent, university or equivalent, and general participants aged 25 and above. It provided an opportunity for art lovers of all ages to showcase their skills and perspectives through their artwork. The Manga category emphasized storytelling created by the participants themselves, while the Illustration category offered a space to express ideas and emotions through illustrations.
During the project, five consecutive "ORIGINAL WORKSHOP" sessions were held from July to August 2026, giving art enthusiasts the chance to learn techniques and concepts from artists including SA-ARD, PENG CHANON, THE DUANG, PUCK, MAMABLUE, and TOOM. These workshops covered storytelling through line work, character design, and imagination expression to spark ideas and help participants further develop their own creative styles.

Apicha Panyaachong, Managing Director of Sakura Products (Thailand) Co., Ltd., said, "In an era where digital technology and artificial intelligence (AI) increasingly influence creative works, the PIGMA I AM ORIGINAL project focuses on the value of hand drawing, reflecting the artist’s thoughts, imagination, and unique skills in every line. It reinforces the concept of 'originality' that starts from personal perspective and hands-on creation."

The project received a total of 1,118 submissions. The judging panel included artists Peng Chanon Dogkillmen, The Duang, PUCK, Art of Hongtae, and TOOM Visualizer, who collectively reviewed the entries.
