Today (12 June 2026 GMT+7), the Royal Household Bureau issued a statement regarding the offering of water and paying respects to the funeral of Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendira Debyavati, Krom Luang Rajsarinisiri Patchara Maha Vajraratchathida.
The Royal Household Bureau has received royal permission to allow the public to offer water and pay respects to the funeral of Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendira Debyavati, Krom Luang Rajsarinisiri Patchara Maha Vajraratchathida as follows.
1. Royal permission is granted for the general public to offer water to the funeral of Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendira Debyavati before her portrait, which is enshrined at the Sahathai Samakhom Pavilion in the Grand Palace, on Saturday, 13 June 2026, from 08:30 to 12:00.
2. Royal permission is granted for the general public to pay respects before her portrait at the Sahathai Samakhom Pavilion in the Grand Palace daily from 08:30 to 16:00, starting Sunday, 14 June 2026. A condolence book will be available for signing at this location.
3. Royal permission is granted for the public to pay respects to the funeral at the Phiman Rattaya Throne Hall after the 15-day royal merit-making ceremony, daily from 09:00 to 20:00, starting Saturday, 27 June 2026.
4. Royal permission is granted for royal family members, the Privy Council, government officials, groups, government agencies, state enterprises, private sector, and the general public to participate as hosts in the merit-making and chanting of the Abhidhamma at the funeral after the 100-day royal merit-making ceremony.
