SSO Plus Application: Social Security Benefits Check and Download Instructions

The SSO Plus social security application allows users to check their benefits and provides download instructions. It has already been used by over 67,000 people, averaging 1,700 users per minute.

The Social Security Office is preparing to launch the SSO Plus application on 1 Feb 2026 to facilitate insured persons in quickly checking their contribution details and benefits, with 24-hour access. Since the service opened at 9:00 a.m.

There are currently over 67,000 users, averaging 1,700 users per minute.

The office has implemented a system to manage user access sequentially to ensure all insured persons can reach the service fairly, while monitoring to continually improve efficiency. Data for each insured person will gradually appear on the app and may take some time to fully load to 100% completion.

The SSO Plus application (or SSO+) is the latest digital platform from the Social Security Office (SSO), developed to replace the old system (SSO Connect). It is designed as a "Super App" for insured persons under all categories (33, 39, and 40), providing complete access to social security services and information in one app.


1. What can SSO Plus check and do?

This app gathers key features that help users avoid frequent visits to the Social Security Office, including:


• Personal information and contributions: Check the contribution amounts paid each month and verify insured status.

• Medical rights: Verify which hospital you have used your benefits at and change your annual primary hospital via the app.

• Old-age funds: Check accumulated old-age savings and use a system to estimate future pension or gratuity amounts.

• Other benefits: Check remaining dental benefits for the year, maternity benefits, child support, or unemployment benefits.

• E-Self Service: Submit applications for various benefits and track approval status.

• Contact system: Includes Live Chat to speak directly with officers and notifications for contribution payments.


2. How to download and install

You can download it for free on both iOS and Android systems with the following steps:

1. Search the app: Go to the App Store (iPhone) or Google Play Store (Android) and type "SSO Plus" or "SSO+" to find it.

2. Install: Tap "Get" or "Install" (make sure the developer is Social Security Office).

3. Register for use:

◦ Enter your ID card number and phone number.

◦ Verify your identity using the E-KYC system (facial scan and ID card photo).

◦ Set a 6-digit PIN for security on future logins.
