
The House of Representatives (HoR) election and referendum to be held on Sunday, 8 Feb 2026 can be followed directly via the Election Commission of Thailand (ECT) through the main channels as follows:

Smart Vote application: available for download on both iOS and Android, this app will update candidate information and live vote counts on election day.
Facebook: The Election Commission will provide continuous updates and important announcements throughout the night.
ECT Hotline 1444: Direct inquiries and questions about vote counts can be made here.
At polling stations: You can view live vote counting and the total unit results immediately after polls close (17:00). Official notices such as Form HoR 5/18 (unit-level vote tally) will be posted for verification.
At district offices or provincial ECT offices: vote counts from all units in the district will be compiled and displayed as the total for the entire constituency.

From 17:00 onward: Vote counting starts at polling stations and unofficial results are reported into the system.
Around 21:00 to 23:00: The ECT expects to have unofficial results exceeding 90% of the total.
The vote counts seen on the website on election night are "unofficial results." The official results require further verification by the ECT before certification within 60 days.
