Seven New Young MPs from the Influential Network Enter Parliament Following Unofficial 2026 Election Results

Seven new young MPs from the influential political network have marched into parliament after the unofficial results of the 2026 general election were announced. Over half belong to the blue faction, passing the political legacy to the younger generation working in local areas.

After the Election Commission's vote count, as of today (9 Feb 2026 GMT+7), the unofficial results are expected, highlighting several young MPs to watch.


Nattthida Lekudakorn (Bhumjaithai Party)

From the influential family in Buriram, she is the niece of Newin Chidchob, a key figure in Buriram politics, and daughter of Phusit Lekudakorn, Buriram Provincial Administrative Organization chief who was previously a provincial council member. She is part of a political group closely associated with the Chidchob family. In this election, she ran for MP in Buriram's District 2, replacing Chaiyachon Chidchob, and won with 54,410 votes.





Wisuda Wichiansilp (Bhumjaithai Party)

From the influential family in Kanchanaburi, she is the daughter of Sakda Wichiansilp, former champion of District 4 in Kanchanaburi. This election, she ran in the same district her father previously represented, while Sakda ran unsuccessfully in District 5. Wisuda won District 4 with 51,379 votes.





Jeset Thaiset (Bhumjaithai Party)

A former MP from Uthai Thani and beloved nephew of Chada Thaiset, he won the election with 50,705 votes.

Kanjanaporn Jirapanuwanich (Bhumjaithai Party)

From the influential family in Lopburi, she switched constituencies with relatives from District 3 in the previous election. This time she won with 47,203 votes.





Panida Mongkonsawat (People's Party)

MP for Samut Prakan, she caused a political surprise by defeating Akrawat Asawame from the Pheu Thai Party, a strong local political family, with 43,099 votes.






Naknan Kulanathsiri (Pheu Thai Party)

From the influential family in Sukhothai, she is the niece of Somsak Thepsuthin, former Deputy Prime Minister and Pheu Thai member. She won her seat with 29,862 votes.

Akkarath Thongjasod (Bhumjaithai Party)

From the influential family in Phetchabun, he won with 58,578 votes in this election.
