Comparing Four Years of Ministerial Seat Quotas: Which Ministries Did Bhumjaithai, Pheu Thai, and Kla Party Hold?

Attention is on the ministerial quotas of the "Anutin Government." Although the election certification process is ongoing, the formula for forming the government is a key focus, especially regarding leading parties expected to join Bhumjaithai, such as Pheu Thai and Kla Party. This article also looks back at which ministries these three parties have held over the past four years.


By compiling the list of ministers during the transition between two governments (the government led by Gen. Prayut Chan-o-cha and the government led by Pheu Thai) from 2022 to 2025, we can compare the ministerial positions held by these three parties as follows.

1. Bhumjaithai Party (steady ministry holders)

• Ministry of Interior (MoI): A core ministry since 2023, with Anutin Charnvirakul serving as Minister of Interior alongside his role as Deputy Prime Minister.

• Ministry of Education (MoE): Overseen by Police General Phempoon Chidchob, continuing from 2023.

• Ministry of Labor: Pipat Ratchakitprakarn moved from Ministry of Tourism and Sports (in the previous government) to lead the Ministry of Labor through 2025.
