The 2026 State Welfare Card: The Comptroller General's Department has announced the payment schedule for April 2026 for eligible recipients who registered in 2022. Payments are divided into two main rounds according to the type of welfare as follows:
This portion of the 2026 State Welfare Card funds cannot be withdrawn as cash and cannot be accumulated for use in subsequent months.
Funds for purchasing consumer goods: 300 baht per person per month.
Cooking gas purchase discount: 80 baht per person every 3 months (for the period April - June 2026).
Transportation funds for public transit: 750 baht per person per month, covering the bus system (BorKorSor), trains, BMTA buses, electric trains, and private buses participating in the program.
This fund is exclusively for eligible persons with disabilities who hold a disability identification card.
Additional disability allowance: 200 baht per month.
Condition: For those already receiving the standard disability allowance of 800 baht per month.
Payment method: Transferred to the bank account linked with the PromptPay ID using the 13-digit national ID number or to the existing account used for receiving the disability allowance.
