The King of Cambodia has elevated "Princess Norodom Jenna" to the rank of royal princess within the Cambodian monarchy. She has been recognized as a daughter gifted with artistic talent since she was only 5 or 6 years old.
According to the Cambodian news agency Thmey Thmey, reporting yesterday (9 Apr 2026), Phnom Penh: King Norodom Sihamoni issued a royal decree conferring upon Norodom Jenna the royal title of "Princess."
The royal decree promoting her status was issued on 9 April 2026.
Please note that Princess Norodom Jenna is the daughter of Princess Norodom Bupphary, who is herself a daughter of King Norodom Sihanouk and niece of King Norodom Sihamoni.
