1. Technical Issues: How to Fix When the App Freezes or Face Scanning Fails
If you find yourself stuck on a screen for an unusually long time or the system refuses to verify your identity, try the following steps.
App freezing or a white screen often results from a massive user load. Perform a Force Close (completely close the app) and reopen it. If the problem persists, try switching from Wi-Fi to 5G or 4G instead.
If face scanning fails, ensure you are in a well-lit area without backlighting, and your face closely matches the photo on your ID card (remove glasses and masks beforehand).
If the system reports incorrect information, carefully check your Laser ID (the number on the back of your ID card), especially letters and numbers that are often confused.
2. Registration Information for "Citizens" (New Round 2026)
Those who have not yet registered can join the program according to the following details:
Registration period: 25 May – 29 September 2026 (or until the 30 million quotas are filled).
Applicant qualifications
Must be Thai nationals aged 18 or older.
Must not hold a state welfare card.
Must not have had eligibility suspended under previous program conditions.
Usage period: General spending from 1 June – 30 September 2026 (06:00 – 23:00).
Food delivery: 15 June – 30 September 2026 (06:00 – 21:00).
3. Information for Merchants Who Wish to Participate
Merchants seeking to boost sales through the program must meet the following registration conditions.
