Nose Udom Taepanich, a renowned storyteller and owner of the stand-up comedy stage "Solo Microphone," recently revealed in the program "Worker News: Offscreen Talk" by Sorayuth Suthassanachinda that the upcoming "Solo 16" show in mid-September will serve as a "debt-clearing stage." This follows a trusted long-time employee who misused credit cards, causing significant financial damage. The court sentenced the perpetrator to 20 years in prison, while the perpetrator's wife fled. Nose expressed his pain and reluctance to confront the situation.


Meanwhile, the large house where he currently lives has been mortgaged to a bank to secure a loan. He lamented that nearing 60 years old, instead of enjoying a comfortable life, he must start over and save money again.


Revealing the latest financial results of Nose Udom's five business empires showing a combined loss of 37 million baht.


Data indicate that Mr. Udom Taepanich is a director and majority shareholder in five private companies. Although combined revenues reached 135.6 million baht, all companies reported losses totaling more than 37.6 million baht in 2025. The details of these five businesses are as follows.


Made in Happyland Co., Ltd.

Udom Taepanich is a director and owns 99.6% of shares. Established in 2018 with 5 million baht capital, the company operates in event organization, shows, and advertising. Its 2025 financials show total revenue of 118.62 million baht and expenses of 149.49 million baht, resulting in a net loss of 33.16 million baht.


Podpaanich Co., Ltd.

Udom Taepanich serves as director and holds 99.6% of shares. Registered in 1996 with 5 million baht capital, the company designs, imports, manufactures, and sells souvenirs and products. In 2025, it reported revenue of 14.97 million baht, expenses of 19.12 million baht, and a net loss of 4.15 million baht.


M.O.D. Shop Co., Ltd.

Udom Taepanich is director and majority shareholder with 64.66% shares. Registered in 2014 with 5 million baht capital, it designs and sells souvenirs and various products. In 2025, revenue was 1.98 million baht, expenses 2.08 million baht, and net loss 93,000 baht.


Durian Co., Ltd.

Udom Taepanich is director and holds 80% shares. Established in 2003 with 1 million baht capital, the company sells food, drinks, ice cream, and bakery items. In 2025, it earned only 987 baht in revenue, with expenses of 29,000 baht, resulting in a net loss of 28,000 baht.


Long Ruay Co., Ltd.

Udom Taepanich is director and owns 30% shares. Registered in 2020 with 1 million baht capital, it operates in retail and distribution of consumer goods. In 2025, revenue was just 40 baht, while expenses reached 193,000 baht, resulting in a net loss of 193,000 baht.
