July 17 Announcement of State Welfare Card 2026 Results: What to Do If Your Name Is Missing or You Are Denied Benefits?

Check the channels to verify the 2026 State Welfare Card results on July 17. If you find that your "name is missing" or you "did not receive benefits," learn the detailed appeal steps and solutions to ensure you do not lose your rights.

The long-awaited day for current and new welfare cardholders is approaching! On 17 July 2026, the Ministry of Finance will officially announce the new round of State Welfare Card registration results for 2026, with stricter eligibility screening to ensure transparency.

If on the announcement day you check and find your "name is not in the system" or your status is "not eligible," here are solutions and management methods to help you retain your rightful benefits.

Here are 4 channels to check the State Welfare Card 2026 results.

First, on 17 July 2026, you can check your status from the morning onwards through the main channels as follows.

Project websites: welfare.mof.go.th or บัตรสวัสดิการแห่งรัฐ.mof.go.th

Applications: "Pao Tang" or "Thang Rat"

Registration agencies at five state banks: Krungthai Bank, Government Savings Bank, BAAC, GH Bank, and Islamic Bank of Thailand (Exim Bank).

Case 1: What to do if your status shows "not eligible" due to failing the criteria?

If the system indicates you did not meet the criteria (e.g., income too high, excess bank deposits, or other conditions), you still have the opportunity to "file an appeal." The Ministry of Finance provides this option following these steps.

1. Check the reason for disqualification from 17 July 2026 onward.

After checking your result in the system, review the details on why you were disqualified, such as land ownership issues or loan amounts, so you can prepare the correct evidence to contest.

2. Submit an appeal within 15 days, from 17 to 31 July 2026 only.

You must submit your appeal within the specified timeframe through one of two methods.

Online: Submit via the project website or the "Pao Tang" / "Thang Rat" applications.

Onsite: Visit one of the five state banks' registration offices in person.

3. Contact the agency verifying your eligibility to correct your information.

After submitting your appeal online, you must bring valid documents to verify your identity and correct information directly with the agency responsible for your eligibility check—for example, the Land Department for land issues or the relevant bank for deposit issues—to have updated data sent back to the Ministry of Finance.

4. Await the results of the appeal re-evaluation.

The Ministry of Finance will re-screen updated information. If you meet the criteria after the appeal, you will receive retroactive benefits as announced.

Case 2: What to do if your name is "not found in the system"?

For those whose records are missing from the registration system, possibly due to data omission or being in vulnerable or marginalized groups with limited digital access, the following steps apply.

Check your documents and previous status. If you are an existing cardholder among over 13 million people, the system usually links data. If your name is missing, promptly take your ID card to Krungthai Bank, Government Savings Bank, or BAAC to have staff verify your submission history.

Coordinate with community leaders. For those without smartphones or digital access, contact local leaders such as subdistrict chiefs, village headmen, subdistrict administrative organizations, or district offices to check names in the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security's MSO-LOGBOOK system, which collected data on marginalized groups previously.

Helpline support: If you cannot find a solution or face system issues, call the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security hotline at 1300 or the project helpdesk at 02-640-3701 to request assistance or alternative welfare support.

Three key practices to "avoid losing your rights" in the new welfare card round.

Important caution: Receiving eligibility on July 17 does not mean immediate usability. Neglecting these critical steps could lead to forfeiture of your rights.

For those who "qualify" – you must complete e-KYC verification. New qualifiers or existing cardholders requested to re-verify must bring their Smart Card ID to Krungthai Bank, Government Savings Bank, or BAAC within the set timeframe to link and verify identity, enabling benefit use from 1 August 2026.

Do not delay. Appeals are only accepted within 15 days (17-31 July 2026). After this period, the system closes and you will be deemed to have forfeited your rights for this year.

Link a PromptPay account using your 13-digit ID number in advance. Prepare to open a bank account and link PromptPay with your ID number because future government cash aid will be transferred only through PromptPay accounts linked to national IDs.

Remember to set a calendar reminder. On 17 July 2026, have your 13-digit ID number ready and check your eligibility to fully secure your rightful government welfare benefits.
