The drama involving “Ta” and “Yat” evolved from their close partnership in founding FEDFE to a 20 million baht lawsuit, marking a tragic breakup between best friends. FEDFE, a legendary early Thai YouTube comedy group that once brought smiles to fans, has become the center of a major controversy shaking the creator community. The two former close friends, “Ta Fedfe” and “Yat Chai Sororo,” are now legal opponents with damages claimed up to 20 million baht.
The main cause stems from the management of Chai Sororo Co., Ltd., which grew from the YouTube channel “Ta Yat Chai Sororo” that they formed after separating from FEDFE. The issues revealed on the "Hon Krasae" program can be summarized as follows:
Removal of partner and director status: Ta claims he co-founded the company and should have equal rights, but his name was secretly removed as an authorized director by a meeting resolution he never attended or agreed to.
Financial matters and salary reduction: Ta alleges his salary was cut from 150,000 baht per month to about 40,000 baht, citing company expense deductions and suspecting company funds were used to buy personal assets.
Mental health issues and gaslighting: Ta revealed he experienced devaluation, workplace bullying, and gaslighting, which led to psychiatric illness and severe psychological distress.
Counter-lawsuits totaling 20 million baht: When Ta tried to reclaim his rights and social media channels, Yat sued him in two major cases—copyright infringement (10 million baht) and violations of the Computer Crime Act (10 million baht)—causing Ta severe financial hardship and personal decline.
Audio recordings of conversations between the two about reclaiming assets were released, but Yat claims the recordings were edited to distort the facts.
Ta feels he was exploited and treated unfairly, while Yat insists all actions followed legal procedures and proper company accounting management.
Yat says his lawyer advised silence and to prove all evidence in court, rather than pursue failed private mediation.
After Ta Fedfe openly shared his side and evidence on the "Hon Krasae" show, which sparked public criticism and backlash against Yat, Yat Chai Sororo has now given a preliminary phone-in statement and confirmed he will appear on "Hon Krasae" on Monday, 31 August 2026, to clarify and address the issues.
Yat plans to present all key evidence including contracts, company accounts, and share transfer documents to counter claims of company exploitation.
He will explain why he had to sue Ta for copyright infringement and Computer Crime Act violations.
