The Central Administrative Court has scheduled a hearing on 2 September to decide the fate of Dr. Sorn's case seeking to revoke the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) selection committee's resolution.
In case number 1455/2569, Dr. Sorn Boonbaichayapruk, Chairman of the NTC, filed a lawsuit with the Central Administrative Court on 3 August, requesting the court to annul the NTC selection committee's resolution No. 1/2569.
The Central Administrative Court will announce its ruling on Wednesday, 2 September 2026, at 10:30 a.m. in Hearing Room 7. The decision is expected to impact the future direction and management of the NTC office.
