When the name Youssef Khelil is mentioned, many people may need a moment to recall it. However, if you say "Gattouz0," or the affectionate Thai fan nicknames "Pee Tao," "Jarn Tao," or "Than Aizen," those in the adult content creator, creator, or foreign influencer circles will surely say "Ah, yes." He is one of the most popular adult content creators and models with a large Thai fanbase.
Youssef Khelil is a model and content creator of North African-European mixed heritage (of Tunisian descent) who grew up and lives in Italy. With his tall, well-built physique and distinctive facial features, he began his career in entertainment and fashion as a freelance model.
Later, as subscription-based content platforms like OnlyFans and social media images gained global popularity, Youssef decided to fully pursue being a creator under the online pseudonym "Gattouz0."
Gattouz0's charm and friendly nature helped his content spread to Thailand, sparking a phenomenon where Thai fans affectionately bestowed many nicknames upon him.
Pee Tao / Jarn Tao: The name "Tao" was given by Thai fans as a sign of closeness, due to his sharp features resembling Thai or Thai-Arab mixed heritage, along with his approachable personality, frequent chat replies, and content tailored to Thai fans.
Than Aizen: This nickname came from a period when he had long hair, powdered his face, and wore glasses, resembling the character Aizen Sōsuke from the anime Bleach. Anime fans affectionately gave him this nickname.
Beyond his looks and adult content, Youssef’s humor and approachable personality make fans feel close to him, like a friend or older brother.
Attention to Thai Fans: Youssef recognizes his Thai fanbase and often greets them in Thai, learns simple Thai words, and regularly expresses gratitude for their support through Instagram, Twitter (X), and TikTok.
Professionalism: As a model and creator, he emphasizes the quality of his work, including lighting, camera angles, and maintaining his physique at a high standard consistently.
Currently, Youssef Khelil (Gattouz0) continues to create as an independent digital creator, with main channels on common social media platforms sharing lifestyle, fashion, and fitness photos, plus exclusive platforms for fans who want to support his exclusive work. He exemplifies a foreign creator who has successfully built a loyal fanbase in Thailand.
