Four Activities Constituting Fraud by Nana Raibena

Four activities constituting fraud by "Nana Raibena" have surfaced after a group of close friends began filing complaints, with 17 victims reported. Initially, police identified behaviors such as lending money with returns of 4-7%, stock trading, loan issuance, and inviting investments in overseas restaurants.

Today (3 Dec 2025 GMT+7) at the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB), Pol. Maj. Gen. Tatsapoom Jaruprat, Commander of the Economic Crime Division, revealed updates after leading officers to search and interrogate Nana Raibena, also known as Raibena Inthachai, aged 45, an actress and TV host.


Following events from mid-November 2025, close friends of the suspect gradually came forward to file complaints. Investigators gathered evidence, interviewed 17 victims, examined financial trails, and consulted expert witnesses to fulfill legal requirements.

On 2 Dec 2025 GMT+7, the 4th Division of the Crime Suppression Division filed a petition to the court to issue arrest warrants on two charges:


1. Property fraud

2. Fraudulent loan decree targeting the public


Today (3 Dec 2025 GMT+7), the 4th Division of the Crime Suppression Division executed the arrest warrants at the suspect's residence in Phra Khanong. They conducted a search, seized documents and some assets, and brought her in for questioning.


The first batch of seized items linked to "Nana Raibena" includes five items.


1. A white Mini Cooper car

2. Branded handbags

3. Eleven art toys

4. Fifty pieces of jewelry

5. Various accessories and watches


Pol. Maj. Gen. Tatsapoom stated that the seized assets today are valued at 10 million baht in total.



Regarding the total damage reported by the 17 victims, Pol. Maj. Gen. Tatsapoom revealed that investigations found the total damage amounted to 195 million baht. The suspect invited victims to invest in the following activities:


Four fraudulent activities by "Nana Raibena"


- Money lending with returns of 4-7%

- Stock trading and loan issuance

- Inviting investments in a basketball business

- Inviting investments in overseas restaurants



Initially, Pol. Maj. Gen. Tatsapoom said the suspect denies all allegations both at arrest and during interrogation. The detention today is for a remand hearing tomorrow. Investigations will proceed as quickly as possible. Preliminary inquiry revealed that the suspect intends to declare some statements during police interrogation. Bail is at the discretion of the suspect or their lawyer and related parties, but if requested, it will be considered according to the law.
