Today (11 Dec 2025 GMT+7), sources released images from the 2nd Army Region's frontline mission, featuring General Phana Klaewplodtook, Commander-in-Chief of the Royal Thai Army; Lieutenant General Boonsin Padklang, former commander of the 2nd Army Region; and Lieutenant General Weerayut Raksin, current 2nd Army Region commander. All three, classmates from the 26th Military Academy Class (Class 26), have joined the mission amid clashes with Cambodia.
Reports state that on 10 Dec 2025 GMT+7, Lieutenant General Boonsin Padklang, former 2nd Army Region commander and representative of the Commander-in-Chief, visited the temporary shelter at Surin School for the Deaf in Prasat District. He encouraged volunteers and youth there, bringing warmth and support to those affected. He also visited soldiers wounded in combat at Prasat Hospital in Surin Province.
On 11 Dec 2025 GMT+7, the Royal Volunteer Coordination Center of the 25th Military Circle facilitated the dignified funeral ceremony for Sergeant Ananda Udon of the 3rd Infantry Battalion, 16th Infantry Regiment, and Private Thanakorn Singhachart of the 4th Infantry Battalion, 23rd Infantry Regiment, who died in the line of duty. The ceremony honored their bravery and sacrifice, serving as an example of devotion to protecting the nation and its people.
