Mr. Anutin Charnvirakul The party leader revealed today that Bhumjaithai Party is confident and ready to enter the election to serve Thailand and its people. The enhancement of policies, strategies, and personnel has led to the slogan “Speak and Act Plus.” The main policies introduced include:
The "10 Plus Economy" policy
Targets GDP growth exceeding 3% within the next four years, with 10 measures divided as follows:
1. Small-scale People Plus Addresses livelihood economy by reforming the state welfare card system, overhauling registration to be comprehensive and linking it with “Khon La Khrueng Plus,” reducing expenses by capping electricity costs at no more than 3 baht per unit (for the first 200 units), issuing high-interest government savings bonds called "Aom Plus," enabling Thais to have personal savings accounts eligible for tax deductions, launching the "Debt Payoff Plus" program to transfer small debts to state asset management companies with incentives for disciplined repayments including principal and interest reductions and credit bureau unlocking.
2. Elderly Plus Develop skills, create jobs, and provide care.
3. Community Plus Produce the right products, sell what you like, meet everyone’s needs, develop local areas so people don't have to work elsewhere, zone cultivation according to market demand, and create unique tourism experiences in small towns.
4. Equal Education Plus Free education, guaranteed jobs, accessible everywhere and anytime.
5. Made in Thailand SMEs Plus Enhance liquidity and reduce costs by issuing low-interest loans, establishing larger new loan guarantee mechanisms than existing ones, opening new markets, and supporting SMEs to go online.
6. Investment Plus Increase domestic investment to 30% within four years, attract future industries from abroad, have public and private sectors co-invest in large infrastructure, and mobilize local funds alongside central government for local infrastructure investment.
7. Green Economy Plus Accelerate NET ZERO targets, increase value from eco-friendly production, open Direct PPA (power purchase agreements) allowing solar investors or villagers to trade electricity directly to address high electricity costs, develop the electric vehicle industry, provide low-interest loans for green businesses, and create a carbon market.
8. AI Plus Enable Thai people, entrepreneurs, and businesses to use AI to increase income.
9. Trade Plus Build partnerships to sell Thai products globally, transform trading partners into allies by creating mutual benefits, emphasize “Agricultural Security” by ensuring foreign purchases, such as weapons and commercial aircraft, are not paid solely in cash but negotiated to include buying rice or agricultural products from Thailand.
10. Thailand Plus Streamline regulations, accelerate approvals, and facilitate investment.
- “Volunteer Soldier” project Replace conscripted soldiers by recruiting 100,000 volunteers serving four-year terms, paid 12,000 baht monthly, with opportunities to take civil service exams and advance careers.
- Promote the concept “Thailand Independent on the World Stage.” Address immediate issues such as stable, prosperous, connected borders free from crime, especially drug trafficking and scammers, to attract foreign investors.
- Long-term strategy Maintain good relations with all global powers. Avoid siding with any party, build diplomatic security in all directions and dimensions—political, economic, social—engage in regional cooperation, and strengthen ASEAN.
- Proactive diplomacy beyond Thailand’s borders to play a role in solving global issues like climate change and transnational crime, raising Thailand’s profile internationally.
- Conduct diplomacy domestically and abroad, collaborate with ministries and civil society, ensuring public participation, transparency, and accountability in policy direction.
Policy “Prepared before disasters, standing beside Thailand in every situation.” Preparedness covers two aspects:
1. Natural disasters
- Enhance databases with more detailed information, use AI to analyze and forecast disasters down to sub-district levels.
- Disaster prevention through integrated multi-agency planning, including urban planning and nationwide minor waterway systems to reduce drought and flooding.
- Recovery and relief: Promote household insurance as a basic right by establishing a “Disaster Fund” providing a minimum compensation of 100,000 baht per household per disaster, with options for citizens to top up.
2. Human-made disasters
Accelerate solutions against scammer networks and affirm opposition to casinos.
“Digital AI Plus” policy Use technology and AI to transform Thailand in three areas:
1. Government sector
2. Business sector: Support businesses and SMEs in AI adoption, establish partnerships with capable groups to elevate business operations.
3. Public sector: Reduce inequality in access to and use of professional-level AI.
“Equal Education Plus” policy Free education that is real, free education with jobs, accessible anywhere and anytime, divided into:
Plus 1: Create a free online learning platform or one platform with one million knowledge resources, a comprehensive, up-to-date knowledge base covering all education levels, accessible to everyone with no internet charges.
Plus 2: Skill Bridge A bridge to a better future, developing a national upskill platform with educational institutions and leading private companies focusing on three core areas: skills, job placement, and income generation, serving as a pathway for career transition and income improvement.
Plus 3: Credit Bank Offer online courses where passing exams earns credits that accumulate; upon reaching Ministry of Higher Education requirements, a degree can be issued.
“Elderly Plus” policy Four key measures include:
1. Private sector hiring elderly workers can claim double tax deductions, up to 30,000 baht, based on actual wages.
2. Elderly aged 60 and over with annual income not exceeding 1.5 million baht receive tax deductions up to 50%.
3. One village, one volunteer nurse program with 15,000 baht monthly salary, 100,000 positions, minimum four-year contracts, hiring graduates in medical science, sports science, nursing, or related fields to care for bedridden patients, homebound individuals, and pregnant women, working proactively by visiting every village nationwide.
4. Establish elderly care centers nationwide, inviting private investment on state land to reduce costs for businesses and lower elderly care expenses.
“One District, One Drug Rehabilitation Center” policy Refer to users not as "addicts" but as "patients," bringing treatment close to home to help those who have faltered return to their families and society.
