Phra Chaiwat Akkachayo (Rojanametikit), affiliated with Wat Srisuttawas in Kud Pong Subdistrict, Mueang District, Loei Province, applied for affiliation on 28 March 2023 but has never reported to Wat Srisuttawas. It is known he has been residing at the "Pa Raksa Jai" spiritual retreat in Nong Yang Suea Subdistrict, Muak Lek District, Saraburi Province, as shown in news images and social media exhibiting inappropriate behavior that has severely damaged the Sangha community and Buddhism.
Therefore, Phra Chaiwat Akkachayo (Rojanametikit) is requested to return to Wat Srisuttawas in Mueang District, Loei Province, within 7 days from receipt of this letter, so the monastery can investigate the matter further.
Meanwhile, there is also a letter from the home monastery of six monks residing at the "Pa Raksa Jai" spiritual retreat, Nong Suea Subdistrict, Muak Lek District, Saraburi Province. The letterhead is from the Phibun District Sangha Office, Wat Pa Sanam Chai, Phibun Mangsahan District, Ubon Ratchathani Province, dated 19 February 2025 GMT+7.

The six monks are: 1. Phra Chaiwichit Piyathammo, 2. Phra Thawisil Silasutho, 3. Phra Benjaphon Silasaro, 4. Phra Charukit Ramthammo, 5. Phra Kongkiat Thanuttaro, and 6. Phra Chalanthorn Thanapanyo.
They were ordained on 10 December 2024 at Wat Pa Sanam Chai, Pho Sai Subdistrict, Phibun Mangsahan District, Ubon Ratchathani Province, with Phra Kru Banhan Ubonkhun, Sangha Head of Phibun Mangsahan District (Dhammayut Order), as their preceptor.
In this regard, I, Phra Kru Banhan Ubonkhun, have deemed it appropriate for the six monks, who are Sattaviharik and have been residing at the "Pa Raksa Jai" retreat in Nong Yang Suea Subdistrict, Muak Lek District, Saraburi Province,
to respectfully inform Phra Kru Sumethaworaphon, Sangha Head of Mueang Saraburi District (Dhammayut Order), that these six monks are to return to Wat Pa Sanam Chai, Pho Sai Subdistrict, Phibun Mangsahan District, Ubon Ratchathani Province, effective upon receipt of this document.
