Ekalak Lumchomkhae, head of the Missing Persons Information Center at the Mirror Foundation, posted on his personal Facebook that today he visited Yasothon and Amnat Charoen to investigate leads on Nong Kat, the girl abducted from Mukdahan. A noodle shop owner in Pa Tio District provided a significant lead, though the exact date is unclear, making reviewing cameras challenging.
They reviewed the area dozens of times, checking government and residential cameras. Today was a public holiday, but the police station is open 24 hours. Fortunately, Pa Tio Police Station staff were very helpful, clearly willing to assist, and helped review footage at the traffic light intersection. However, that location has dozens of cameras, and without exact timing, the review requires watching all day.
They narrowed down the search area, focusing on cameras likely passed. A kind resident allowed the team to log in and view footage online. As of now, the team members are working together to review the footage.
Today was fortunate despite the difficult work and the kindness encountered all day. They believe that with continuous leads, they can bring this child back home safely. They ask the public to help be vigilant and report any information.
