Meanwhile, two uniformed representatives of the State Railway of Thailand (SRT), bearing the railway communication insignia, visited Makkasan Police Station to request information and copies of case documents from police, but did not give any statements to the media.

Reporters observed that earlier in the morning, a uniformed SRT representative claiming to be the "Makkasan Station Master" came to request copies and additional documents. However, when asked about accident details and operational procedures while the train passed a crossing with road traffic, the railway official denied involvement with the accident and refused to comment further, then denied being an SRT official before leaving on a motorcycle.
