
Park Ki Won leads the Thai men's national volleyball team in intensive training, physical conditioning, and tactical briefings ahead of the 20th Asian Games 2026 in Japan.
On 14 Sep 2026, Park Ki Won, head coach of the Thai men's volleyball team, led his squad through gym-based physical training during their second week of preparation to get fit and study tactics ahead of the 20th Asian Games 2026 in Japan. This was their final day in Kitakyushu before moving to Nagoya tomorrow.
In the morning, Park Ki Won focused on muscle strengthening and cardio workouts with a two-hour gym session at a university in Kyushu. He also instructed the athletes to be cautious with their physical conditioning and weight training since this was their first gym session in two weeks. Evening sessions were reserved for regular team practice.
The men's volleyball competition at the 2026 Asian Games (20th edition) will take place from 27 September to 3 October 2026. Thailand is in Group B alongside Iran, Indonesia, and Kyrgyzstan.
