Thailand's mixed 4x100m relay team finished in second place, while the mixed 4x400m relay team placed fourth at the "Asian Games 2026".
On 29 Sep 2026 GMT+7, the Thai national athletics mixed 4x100m relay team, consisting of "Fighter" Natthawat Iamudom, "Nan" Suphanit Phulkoet, "Bew" Puripol Boonsorn, and "Bell" Jirapatchar Khanonta, won the silver medal with a time of 40.87 seconds. The gold medal went to China with 40.78 seconds, and the bronze to India with 41.06 seconds.
Meanwhile, the Thai mixed 4x400m relay team, made up of "Best" Sarawut Nuansri, "Auto" Kunpat Kraijan, "Poom" Adisak Pornsompoch, and Joshua Robert Atkinson, finished in fourth place without a medal. They set a new Thai national record with a time of 3:01.99, improving on the previous record of 3:03.07.
The gold medal in the mixed 4x400m relay went to Japan with a time of 3:00.75, silver to Qatar at 3:00.93, and bronze to India with 3:01.61.
