Manchester United, nicknamed the "Red Devils," is reportedly ready to let Bruno Fernandes leave the club, but only under one condition.
CaughtOffside, a well-known football media outlet, reported that Manchester United, the Premier League giant, is prepared to consider selling their Portuguese captain Bruno Fernandes from Old Trafford if they receive an offer of £70 million (approximately 2,944 million baht).
Bruno, 31, moved from Sporting Lisbon in Portugal to Manchester United in 2020. He has played 306 matches in all competitions for the club, scoring 102 goals and providing 92 assists.
With his contract set to expire after next season, the club is considering selling him sooner to secure a better price, as there is no guarantee of his performance level at that later time.
The report states that two Saudi Arabian league teams, Al Hilal and Al Ittihad, are expected to make offers for Bruno, who has been Manchester United's standout player over recent seasons. United is willing to release the midfielder for a price of £70 million.
Bruno was previously linked with a transfer last summer, but the move never materialized.
Now, the possibility is greater because Manchester United still intends to sign at least one new midfielder, and releasing Bruno could free up budget and squad space for Ruben Amorim's team.
