Italian media outlet Gazzetta dello Sport reported that Liverpool, a Premier League giant, is considering signing Kenan Yildiz, a handsome Turkish international winger from Juventus, known as the 'Old Lady,' to join Anfield this summer.
Twenty-year-old Yildiz has performed excellently in the first half of this season, scoring 9 goals and providing 8 assists in 30 appearances across all competitions. He has established himself as one of the most outstanding young talents in Italy's Serie A and across Europe.
Yildiz's contract with Juventus runs until 2029, but his representatives are seeking a higher salary. After Juventus tried to negotiate a new contract, talks have currently stalled between the two parties.
Recent reports indicate that Liverpool is considering the opportunity to sign Yildiz, given his situation with Juventus. However, it will not be easy, as Spanish La Liga powerhouse Real Madrid is also interested in the player.
Yildiz, who won the 2023-24 Coppa Italia with Juventus, is versatile and can play as a forward, left or right winger, attacking midfielder, and central attacking midfielder.
