Tottenham Coach Orders Tight Marking on Four Man Utd Players Ahead of Fierce Saturday Clash

Thomas Frank, manager of Tottenham Hotspur, spoke openly ahead of his team's visit to Manchester United in the Premier League this Saturday.

Ahead of the 2025-26 English Premier League clash, Manchester United will host Tottenham Hotspur at Old Trafford on Saturday, 7 February, at 19:30 GMT+7.

Recently, Thomas Frank, Tottenham Hotspur's manager, held a press conference before the game, praising Michael Carrick, Manchester United's interim coach, for an excellent start.

He ordered close marking on Manchester United's Bryan Mbeumo, a player Frank knows well from his time managing Brentford. He also remains wary of the attacking quality of Matheus Cunha, Amad Diallo, and Bruno Fernandes.

Frank said, “Yes, I think Michael Carrick has had a very good start. It seems he has injected energy or something into the team.”

“I think many of their players are in good form. We are well aware of the danger posed by Mbeumo, Amad, and Cunha, and we know Bruno is making the team play well.”

“He has done that consistently over the past four or five years. He plays incredibly, so he is a threat. It’s a great challenge, but we look forward to facing all of them.”
