One Team Back in Premier League Title Race: Supercomputer Predicts Latest Championship Favorites After Matchday 26

One team is back in the title race as the "Supercomputer" predicts the latest Premier League favorites after matchday 26.

On 13 Feb 2026 GMT+7, Opta, football statistics experts, released the latest Premier League title predictions by their supercomputer after all teams completed matchday 26 of the 2025-26 season.

Latest Premier League standings (top 6)

1. Arsenal – 57 points

2. Manchester City – 53 points

3. Aston Villa – 50 points

4. Manchester United – 45 points

5. Chelsea – 44 points

6. Liverpool – 42 points

Opta's supercomputer predicts Arsenal remains the top favorite for the Premier League title, though their chances have dropped below 90% after drawing 1-1 with Brentford.

Meanwhile, Manchester City, the second favorite, saw their chances rise after a 3-0 win over Fulham, as did third favorite Aston Villa following a 1-0 victory against Brighton.

Liverpool has climbed to fourth favorite after an away 1-0 win over Sunderland, ending Sunderland's unbeaten home record this season. Manchester United has fallen to fifth favorite despite maintaining their title chances, following a 1-1 draw with West Ham United.

1st: Arsenal – 85.81% (previously 90.14%)

2nd: Manchester City – 12.07% (previously 8.15%)

3rd: Aston Villa – 2.06% (previously 1.56%)

4th: Liverpool – 0.04% (previously 0.00%)

5th: Manchester United – 0.02% (unchanged)
